Welcom to Progmatic Academy
Feeling welcome is an important part of the basic introduction at Progmatic. We all recognize it: You have started with a new employer and are immediately faced with new colleagues, a new environment, new procedures, and new rules! This can feel quite overwhelming.
For this reason, from day one, you are welcomed at Progmatic through an introduction program. This way, you can have a smooth start and quickly feel at home with us!
How do we do this? We introduce you to our colleagues and provide you with the necessary resources so you can get started quickly.
Next, we familiarize you with our company. We show you our organizational board so you know who to go to with specific questions.
Finally, we schedule on-the-job training together, during which we cover topics such as how we communicate with each other and how you can manage your own administration.

Personal Development
At Progmatic, we dedicate significant time and attention to guidance, training, and personal development. This begins from day one. Every new technical colleague starts with full-time training. Yes, you read that right, full-time training! The training consists of theoretical coursework combined with assignments and, where possible, practical tasks. Naturally, you will be guided and coached by our colleagues from our Academy.
After completing this phase, you will apply what you have learned in practice. We continue to monitor your development and provide direction as needed, through so-called on-the-job training. When you’re ready for the next step, we offer various internal training sessions that contribute to your personal development. With great enthusiasm and success, we have trained several groups in effective leadership over the past few years. All in all, you will never stop learning with us!

The training is very comprehensive and covers many aspects. For example, you will learn how to create functional and technical specifications.

We work with multiple PLC brands (Siemens, B&R, Allen Bradley), often at the request of our clients. This makes the role of a programmer particularly dynamic. Our training covers safety controls, our programming philosophy, testing and simulation, SCADA/HMI, and IPS. Learn to recognize and avoid pitfalls while experiencing a professional yet very personal approach to training!

As an Eplan Designer/Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing electrical schematics for control panels and systems. At Progmatic Academy, we will teach you how to work with Eplan, use object-oriented design methods, and implement standardized practices.
