What does the job entail?

Your responsibilities in a nutshell:

• Quality control of products, examining and checking the products before they are sent to the customer.
• Knowledge acquisition, you stay up-to-date with both current and future technologies in the industry.
• Implement developments that contribute to the improvement of our organization and product quality.
• Professional Training and Correction. You train new employees and interns, and provide in-service training or correction to existing employees when needed.
• Supervision of execution. You provide training-on-the-job to employees at the request or initiative of your division.
• Standardization of software and hardware. You develop, manage and improve standards for both software and hardware design and implementation.
• Validation. You are responsible for the assessment and validation of software design, software implementation, HMI setup, hardware design, control panels, wiring, and installation work. Additionally, you manage the quality standards within the company.

• A Vocational/Bachelor education in a relevant technical discipline, preferably in industrial automation and/or electrical design.
• Experience or interest in quality control, training/guidance, and/or technological development within an industrial environment.
• Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking abilities.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
